At Freedom Church, we believe in the transformative power of God’s love and grace. Our Jail & Prison Ministry is dedicated to bringing hope, encouragement, and spiritual support to those men & women who are incarcerated. We are committed to sharing the message of redemption and restoration through Jesus Christ with every individual we encounter.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide spiritual guidance, emotional support, and practical resources to inmates. We aim to:

• Share the Gospel: Bringing the message of Jesus Christ to those who need it most.
• Offer Support: Providing emotional and spiritual support through prayer,  discipleship and fellowship.
• Promote Rehabilitation: Encouraging personal growth and positive change through Bible studies, worship services, and discipleship programs.
• Foster Community: Building a supportive community that extends beyond the prison walls, including support for families and reintegration into society.

Programs and Services

• Weekly Bible Studies: Engaging and interactive Bible study sessions that help inmates grow in their faith and understanding of God’s Word.
• Worship Services: Uplifting worship experiences that bring the church community into the prison, fostering a sense of belonging and hope.
• Reentry Assistance: Practical support and guidance for inmates preparing for release, including resource information to programs such as Denton Freedom House
